If flat owner (or tenant) adds, demolish or changes the walls or roof of the garage without written agreement from Winnals Park (WPHHRA Ltd) he is in breach of the Lease.

If flat owner or his tenant breaches the lease, Winnals Park can request that the lease is complied with, giving the leaseholder reasonable time to remedy the breach.
