There can be tension between interests of residents, who can be owner occupiers or renting tenants, between individual leaseholders, who can be leaseholders living on site and leaseholders that buy-to-let, between leaseholders and freeholder. Such tensions can be resolved amicably once the law governing the relationship between them is explored and understood.
